Spent Easter at a beautifully decorated hotel just a few minutes away from the slopes and downtown. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the room was much larger than expected. One of the best things was the helpful and friendly staff. The underground train located nearby was a convenient way to get to the slopes, while a cafe bar down the road provided a convenient place for an evening drink.

The hotel is located in an area that attracts many families with children. While it was enjoyable, there was regular noise and the dining area lacked calm moments.

Nothing it was perfect.

The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was well-located, close to the slopes and the village center. the room was clean and cozy with a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery.

The staff lacked the basic friendliness and hospitality expected during a hotel stay. They didn't seem interested in helping us with our inquiries and gave us the impression that our presence was an inconvenience to them.

We loved the hotel's location near the train station, which was so convenient to reach the lifts. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and friendly staff. We appreciated the modern and clean room, and enjoyed the amenities like the relaxing sauna room. Parking was easy to find and the hotel's facilities made it perfect for families with kids.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lady in charge was so lovely and helpful, she even upgraded us to a spacious apartment with a balcony and a great view. The room was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was superb and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near the train which takes you directly to the lifts, making it easy to get to the slopes. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the ski train, and just a short walk to the town center. the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with scrambled eggs and different kinds of bread available. the sauna and gym facilities were well maintained, and staff were friendly and helpful.

The noise level was unbearable - the walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything happening in the neighboring room, as well as the noise from the street. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially for a light sleeper like me.
